What is the Bollywood Party Night event?
Get ready to groove to the infectious beats of Bollywood music at our Bollywood themed party Night at the iconic venue! This electrifying event is a celebration of Indian cinema's vibrant music and dance, featuring a live DJ, dance initiation, and a chance for you to show off your own Bollywood moves.
This holiday season, we've teamed up with the Maple Valley Food Bank to make sure nobody goes hungry this Christmas and New Year. 20% of our proceeds from entry ticket sales will be donated to the food bank.

Date: Friday, December 20th 2024
Time: 6:30 PM pacific time onwards

What is the dress code?
Come dressed to impress in your finest Bollywood-inspired attire! Think vibrant colors, sparkling sequins, and flowing fabrics. Traditional Indian outfits like sarees, lenghas, or kurtas are also welcome. Or, simply wear something comfortable that you can move in on the dance floor.
What is the Checking-In Time?
Check-In starts at 6:30 PM until 7:30 PM.
How do i get early bird discount?
Early bird discount is published on the top of the page as announcement. The code is valid until 30-Nov.
Is there a large group(10+) discount?
Yes. Please contact info@cyberindian.space for large group discounts.
Will there be security at the event?
Yes, security personnel will be present to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Local law enforcement will also be monitoring the event.
Will there be food and drinks available?
Yes, a variety of delicious Indian food plus non alcoholic beverages will be available (included in the tickets) at the venue. You can buy Alcoholic drinks using 2 or 4 Drinks passes. Note: No alcohol can be purchased on venue , you can only buy the pass online.
What’s included in the Tickets?
Event entree, Food (Veg & Non-Veg), parking. Additional drinks will be available to purchase pre-event.
Are outside food and drinks allowed?
Unfortunately, any outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the premises of event.
Can I purchase more alcoholic drinks at the event?
Unfortunately, no drinks will be sold at the event but can be pre-purchased on our website using drinks pass .
How do I get the drinks at the venue?
Coupons for drinks will be provided during Check In which can be used at Bar to receive Drinks.
Can I request a specific Bollywood song?
Absolutely! Our DJ will be taking requests throughout the night. Feel free to let them know your favorite Bollywood tracks.
Are there any age restrictions?
This event is open to adults 21 years and older.
Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online through our website or by emailing us at info@cyberindian.space. Will tickets be available at the door?
This is a popular and limited availability event. Tickets will only be available online.
What if I need to cancel my ticket?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for purchased tickets. However, you may transfer your ticket to someone else if you are unable to attend.
Are there any other performances or other activities planned?
Yes. there will be some ice breaking activities during the start of the event but no individual performances.
What time the DJ will start?
The event will start at 7 PM with Ice breaking activities for 30 mins followed by DJ at around 7:30 PM. Be sure to check in 15 mins earlier.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes, there are ample parking spots available at the venue comfortably sufficient to cover for the event.
Is the venue accessible by public transport?
There is limited public transport nearby, Uber and Lyft also provide service at Lake wilderness.
What should I do if I lose something at the event?
The organizing committee will collect and store any lost & found items during the event and will hold for a month period before discarding. Feel free to reach out at info@cyberindian.space to inquire post the event. We are not responsible for your personal belongings so please keep your valuables safe.
Can I bring my own camera?
Yes, use of personal camera are allowed at the event as long as nobody’s privacy is violated. For any misconduct, the guest(s) shall be immediately asked to leave the event. We will also have a professional photographer capturing the event for you , so that you can just have fun.
Would the organizers be present in the event?
Yes, organizers would be present at the event to oversee smooth operations of event
Is smoking/vaping allowed?
No, this is a no smoking/vaping event and smoking/vaping is not allowed at the venue including parking lot.
